The location of this place is excellent, very close to O Quy Ho Pass and Sun Plaza, plenty of restaurants nearby; the rooms are spotlessly clean with great views, and the staff is friendly.

Exceptionally clean and fairly quiet rooms come with exceptionally comfortable beds.

My room had a sleek flat-screen TV with loads of channels, a handy writing desk, and even a cozy stone fireplace to keep things toasty. the folks working here were incredibly nice and super friendly, plus they let me check in early! 🌟

As young families, we loved the hotel's convenient location near shops and restaurants. The breathtaking views from the restaurant room, balcony, and valley facing rooms were a huge plus. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds made us feel right at home. it was a great place to stay in Sapa.

I really got good value for my money at Cat Cat Sunrise Student. The room was cozy and the beds were super comfortable, especially with the electric blankets to keep us warm in the cold Sapa weather. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and the Sapa center just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with more variety.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Plus, the shower was amazing, with plenty of hot water. The location was also great, nestled in the midst of beautiful mountains and offering stunning views from the breakfast room. And speaking of breakfast, it was simple but delicious, with the best omelette and coffee I had during my trip. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the walls were so thin that I could hear every sound from the neighboring rooms, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at Cat Cat Sunrise Student in Sapa. The family-run atmosphere made us feel right at home, and the warm and friendly staff provided excellent hospitality throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning. The breakfast served was delicious and filling, giving us the energy we needed for our day of exploring. We also appreciated the convenient location, which allowed us to easily walk to Cat Cat Village and hire a motorbike taxi on the way back. Despite some construction works on the road leading to the hotel, once inside, it was quiet and peaceful. we highly recommend Cat Cat Sunrise Student for a cozy and memorable stay in Sapa.

The owner of this hotel was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The view from our room was jaw-dropping, especially the breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. The freshly made breakfast was a delightful start to our day. The hotel's central location meant we had plenty of options for bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were amazing, allowing us to check-in at 3 am and keeping our luggage after check-out. They also offered a cheaper bus option with free transfer. Our room exceeded expectations, with a mountain view from the small window and balcony. The staff provided helpful tips and recommendations. We will definitely book with them again if we return to the area. The breakfast was great and the location was central.
